3 Ingredient Brownie Bites

To be honest, I had no intention of posting this recipe on the blog. I have a hard time even calling this a recipe because it is so easy. But you guys want EASY and HEALTHY and REAL food, so here it is.

These 3 ingredient brownie bites are made with dates, hazelnuts and cacao powder – making these sweet treats paleo, gluten free, dairy free, and vegan.

Cook in 10 minutes
Serve 10

Ingredients
1 cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup pitted dates
2 tablespoons cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  2. Using a cookie scoop, scoop mixture into evenly sized amounts and roll into balls between your hands. It will help to have your hands slightly damp in order to prevent sticking.
  3. Store in the fridge.
