Ingredients
1 cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup pitted dates
2 tablespoons cacao powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop mixture into evenly sized amounts and roll into balls between your hands. It will help to have your hands slightly damp in order to prevent sticking.
- Store in the fridge.
