No bake Peanut Butter Cookies

This was the easiest ever recipe! I love it. So easy and delicious. I used brown sugar instead of the turbinado sugar.

This was the easiest ever recipe! I love it. So easy and delicious. I used brown sugar instead of the turbinado sugar.

Cook in 30 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup turbinado sugar
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats

Directions

  • LINE baking sheet with wax paper. Heat sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  • STIR in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in oats to coat. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Cool completely.
